"Understanding Atatürk"

Pamukkale University (PAU) Faculty of Education organized a conference on "Understanding Atatürk" on the 84th anniversary of the death of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey.
Prof. Dr. İzzet Kara, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Efe Akbulut, Dean of the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Turgut Türkdoğan and Dr. Gülözge Türköz, faculty members and students attended the event. Prof. Dr. Mithat Aydın, Lecturer at the Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education, gave a lecture on "Understanding Atatürk". Aydın explained sections of Atatürk's life with slides and answered questions at the end of the conference. Dean of the Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. İzzet Kara thanked Prof. Dr. Mithat Aydın for his contributions and presented him a certificate.
