Pamukkale University (PAÜ) Serinhisar Vocational School Director Assist. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Ekinci and Lecturers of the Cutlery and Hand Tools Production Technology Program visited Filiz Makina.

PAU Serinhisar Vocational School Director and Cutlery Program faculty members visited Filiz Makina in one of the industry visits that provide students with an opportunity to see practical applications and business environments in the sector.

Serinhisar Vocational School Director, Assistant Professor Mehmet Ali Ekinci stated the following about the visit to Filiz Makina: “Visits, where students will have the opportunity to closely examine the technological developments in the cutlery industry, production processes and operations of the business, generally give students information about career opportunities in the sector and provide job opportunities after graduation.” It also allows students to see their academic knowledge in an applied context and helps them develop a deeper understanding of topics such as business management, production processes and industry standards. Industry visits provide students with the opportunity to get to know the business world, explore potential career opportunities and observe the day-to-day operations of businesses. We would like to thank Sefa Filiz, CEO of Filiz Makina, and Ali Vehbi Kocakaya, owner of AVK Laser, for their support and interest in our School and the instructors of the Cutlery and Hand Tools Program.”
