Nurses Day Message from Health Sciences Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Özkan

Pamukkale University Faculty of Health Sciences (SBF) Dean Prof. Dr. Sevgi Özkan published a message on the occasion of 12 May Nurses Day and May 12-18 Nursing Week. Pointing out that nurses will take an active role in planning the future of healthcare, Dean Özkan said that nurses will continue to fulfill their responsibilities in combating the pandemic.
The International Council of Nurses (ICN) determines a theme every year to create and maintain a professional culture among nurses, to reflect the values shared in the profession, to attract the attention of all nurses to the problems experienced globally, and to reflect the responsibilities of nurses. The theme of 2021 has been determined as 'Nurses: A Leading Voice for Future Health Care'.
