Faculty of Science Holds a Ceremony for its First Retired Faculty Member

Pamukkale University (PAU) held a ceremony for Dr. Şahin Ceran from the Department of Mathematics, who was the first to retire from the Faculty of Science. A ceremony was organized for Dr. Şahin Ceran.
Dean of the Faculty of Science Prof. Dr. Yakup Kaska, Head of the Department of Mathematics Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aşçı, faculty members of the Department of Mathematics and academicians from different departments attended the ceremony. With the ceremony organized by the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science, Dr. Lecturer Şahin Ceran, who stepped into retirement life. Prof. Dr. Yakup Kaska, Dean of the Faculty of Science, presented a plaque and flowers to Dr. Şahin Ceran.
Delivering the opening speech of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aşçı, Head of the Department of Mathematics at PAU Faculty of Science, stated that he was also one of his professors. Prof. Dr. Aşçı gave examples from his student memories about Dr. Şahin Ceran. Prof. Dr. Yakup Kaska, Dean of the Faculty of Science, gave a short speech at the ceremony. Dr. Şahin Ceran is the first retired faculty member of the Faculty of Science and expressed his wish that he will always maintain his communication with the faculty.
After the slide show with photographs prepared for the retired faculty member, the academicians present at the ceremony, shared their memories with retired Dr. Şahin Ceran in a mutual chat environment. The ceremony ended with refreshments and conversations in the Eldenele Project area.
