"Current Developments in Law in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic" Panel Organized at the Faculty of Law
Pamukkale University (PAU) Faculty of Law organized a panel titled "Current Developments in Law in the 100th Year of the Republic".
In the panel held in two sessions, faculty members of the Faculty of Law shared important information on the transformation of sovereignty from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic of Turkey, crimes against humanity, legal rights in business life, and social media.
Prof. Dr. Karadeniz: "The Republic is to live."
Speaking before the panel, Dean Prof. Dr. Karadeniz said: "The children of the Republic have worked hard to make the abstract concept of the republic concrete. They did this by establishing factories, opening universities and creating organizations in terms of language, history and culture. Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, not only liberated the homeland from enemy occupation but also raised Turkish society to the level of contemporary civilization. Pamukkale University is also working hard to raise you as generations free of intellect and conscience. If I became a professor as the daughter of a farmer family from Izmir, this is the republic. The Republic is equality, human rights. The Republic is life. We celebrated the 100th anniversary of our Republic with great enthusiasm. I commemorate with respect, gratitude and gratitude all our martyrs and veterans, especially the great leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who made these lands our homeland."
In the second session moderated by Assoc. Prof. Ayhan Kortunay, Dr. Senem Değer presented "The Impact of New Technologies on Employment"; Dr. Numan Tekelioğlu "Neither with you nor without you"; Dr. Mehmet Emin Özgül made presentations titled "Social Media and Law".
