TUBITAK 1001 Support Program Information Meeting Held at PAU
An online information meeting on the TUBITAK Research Support Programs Presidency (ARDEB) 1001 – Support Program for Scientific and Technological Research Projects was organized through the collaboration of the Pamukkale University (PAU) Project Support Office and Pamukkale Technopolis Technology Transfer Office.
During the meeting, Dr. Mehmet Ufuk Atay, Senior Advisor for Scientific Programs at TUBITAK ARDEB, shared comprehensive information about the 1001 program, which is currently accepting applications for the 2nd term of 2025, as well as other ARDEB projects. The meeting attracted over a hundred participants, including academics, graduate students, and attendees from different universities.
Prof. Dr. İbrahim Aksel, General Manager of Pamukkale Technopolis, emphasized the importance of project experience in the academic world. Following him, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uğur Akkoç, Deputy Head of the Project Support Office, stated that the PAU Project Support Office will continue its activities to support the university’s project initiatives.
Kübra Kaplan, University-Industry Cooperation Representative at Pamukkale Technopolis and moderator of the meeting, highlighted that the Technology Transfer Office has a vision of providing information on all national and international grant and support programs and is open to offering any kind of support to academics.
Following Dr. Mehmet Ufuk Atay’s informative presentation, the meeting concluded interactively with detailed answers to participants’ questions.
