Pamukkale University Faculty of Tourism, which continues technical visits and applied training activities supporting students’ theoretical knowledge with sectoral practices, organized this technical visit within this scope. During the visit, students received comprehensive information from the facility’s unit managers regarding energy and resource efficiency, operational process management, human resources practices, sustainability policies, and customer satisfaction processes. During the meeting held, managers from different departments of the hotel came together with the students, shared their sectoral experiences, and answered the students’ questions.

Students and academics were welcomed at the facility entrance with a cocktail reception by the TUI Magic Life Belek team. While great interest was shown to the students throughout the visit, various gifts were also presented by the facility management. At the end of the program, the entire team bid farewell to the students and academics together, displaying an unforgettable example of hospitality.

Following the technical visit, a meal was offered by the TUI Magic Life Belek management, while the students had the opportunity to observe the operational structure of the facility on site and communicate one-on-one with sector professionals.

At the end of the visit, Assistant Professor Serap Alkaya presented a certificate of appreciation to the facility management for their kind hospitality and valuable contributions.
