Speaking at the program, Çağrı Çeliktaş emphasized the dynamic structure of today’s working life and highlighted the importance of young people making conscious decisions in their career processes. He provided guiding information on employment policies, job preparation processes, and career planning, stating that the services offered by the Turkish Employment Agency provide significant opportunities for young people. Noting that İŞKUR is not only a job placement institution, Çeliktaş underlined that vocational training programs, internships, and on-the-job training opportunities contribute greatly to youth development. He advised students to regularly follow İŞKUR’s official website and announcements to stay informed about various career opportunities, training programs, and employment support.

The second guest of the event, Ali Durmuş, shared his professional experiences and entrepreneurial perspective with students. Offering evaluations particularly on the tourism sector, Durmuş stated that foreign language proficiency, personal development, and adapting to technological innovations are of great importance for success in today’s business world. He also emphasized the role of communication skills in professional life, encouraging young people to continuously improve themselves and not be afraid to take bold steps.
