The opening ceremony of the International Economics Summer Seminars, held at the FEAS A Block Martyr Infantry Lieutenant Bekir Can Kerek Conference Hall, brought together academics, researchers, and experts in the field of economics from Türkiye as well as from different countries.

The program, which aims to strengthen knowledge sharing by bringing together scholars from different countries on a common academic platform, enhance international academic interaction, and contribute to scientific studies in the field of economics, was attended by representatives of public institutions, professional organizations, the business community, and numerous invited guests.

In his speech, Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör stated that international scientific organizations of this kind strengthen the internationalization vision of universities and that such events, which bring together scholars from different countries on the same academic platform, make significant contributions to knowledge production, academic development, and scientific collaboration.

At the end of the program, Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör, together with Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Ersan Öz, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Türkçüer, and Prof. Dr. Mehmet İnel, presented plaques to those who contributed to the program.
