Protocol Signed Between Acıpayam Vocational School and GDZ Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş.
An educational cooperation protocol was signed between Pamukkale University (PAU) Acıpayam Vocational School and GDZ Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. This collaboration aims to help students reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical experience, gain sectoral experience, and enhance employment opportunities after graduation.
The signing ceremony, held at the Rectorate of Pamukkale University, was attended by PAU Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör, Director of Acıpayam Vocational School Prof. Dr. Ali Kurt, Vice Directors of Acıpayam Vocational School Associate Professor Dr. Hüsnü Ergün and Lecturer Atike Nur Durak, Head of the Office Services and Secretariat Department Lecturer Dr. Simge Şimşek, and representatives from GDZ Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş.: GDZ EYAŞ Group Director Orkun Yalçınyiğit on behalf of Operations Group Head Ahmet Ersoy Önal, Senior Manager of Financial Affairs Çetin Bilgilier, Human Resources Manager Hasan Kara, Call Center Manager Seda Küçükoğlu, Call Center Supervisor Serap Sarman Molla, Call Center Supervisors Tuğbanur Antepli and Ayşe Kayretli, Corporate Communication Specialist Serkan Dağıstan, Administrative Affairs Specialists Mustafa Ali Saylı and Ferhat Arslan, and Assistant Human Resources Specialist Birtan Yalav.
Students of the Call Center Services Program at Acıpayam Vocational School will carry out their Vocational Training in the Workplace (İME) processes within GDZ Enerji.
During the 2025–2027 period, a total of nine students will be provided with practical training opportunities and monthly payments will be made under Law No. 3308. In GDZ Enerji’s periodic staffing needs, our students and graduates will be prioritized. Based on performance criteria, at least two graduate students are expected to be employed.
With the simulation room to be established within the vocational school, students will have the opportunity to practice in a real call center environment. Sectoral seminars, technical visits, workshops, and project-based academic collaborations will also be conducted.
