Aiming to bring architecture students together through collaborative workshops, panels, and student competitions across different universities in Türkiye, the Denizli edition of the KAMPÜS Project will contribute to the architecture and design agenda through programs held at the PAU Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Yılmaz Congress and Culture Center.

This year’s main theme has been set as “Spaces That Recall Memories.” Within this scope, second-, third-, and fourth-year students of the PAU Department of Architecture will develop design proposals focusing on the relationship between space, memory, and user experience. Students will prepare their projects during an intensive workshop process held on May 13–14, under the coordination of architect İrem Uslu. The resulting projects will be evaluated by a jury consisting of experienced professionals in the field of architecture, including Cem Çelik, Serter Karataban, and Şebnem Yücel.

On the final day of the event, May 15, 2026, a panel titled “Space / Memory and Design” will be held. Moderated by Prof. Dr. Burak Altınışık, Head of the PAU Department of Architecture, the panel will address contemporary approaches in architecture and design, as well as the relationship between space and memory from different perspectives. Speakers will include Hakan Demirel, Hasan Çalışlar, and Heval Zeliha Yüksel.

Following the panel session, an award ceremony will be held for the winning student projects developed during the workshop. The first-place team will be awarded a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE + S Pen. More information about the KAMPÜS Denizli event can be found at https://kampus.sametglobal.com/.
