Operating under the Polyphonic Music Community of the Pamukkale University (PAU) Department of Health, Culture and Sports, the Pamukkale University Polyphonic Choir performed not only examples from the world choral repertoire but also Turkish folk songs arranged by Dr. Aykut Önder Sarıçiftçi, faculty member of the Department of Music Education within the Division of Fine Arts Education at the PAU Faculty of Education, advisor to the Polyphonic Music Community, and conductor of the Pamukkale University Polyphonic Choir. The repertoire included Kerimoğlu Zeybeği, Başımda Altın Tacım, and Estirir Oğlan Estirir, known as Teke Zortlatması from the Teke region. Showcasing the striking beauty of Turkish melodies and the rich rhythmic diversity of Turkish music with great mastery, the choir achieved a remarkable success by introducing the country's cultural heritage at the Golden Hall, the world's most prestigious concert venue, in Vienna, the capital of the world's music scene.

In addition to its Golden Hall concert, the choir also gave two further 45-minute performances at the NEST Hall of the Vienna State Opera and the Vienna Museum of Art. Receiving highly positive reviews for its performances, the choir earned great appreciation from the audience. Through its outstanding performance at the SCL International Youth Music Festival, one of the world's most prestigious music organizations, the Pamukkale University Polyphonic Choir made a significant contribution to promoting Denizli, Pamukkale University, Türkiye, and Turkish culture.
