Graduate of DSBMYO Foreign Trade Department Meets Students at Career Talks

As part of the “Career Talks” events organized by Pamukkale University (PAU) Denizli Social Sciences Vocational School (DSBMYO), this week’s guest was Rukiye Aydınalın, a graduate of the school and Inward Processing Regime Officer at Özgüven Kablo.

Meeting with students in a sincere setting, Rukiye Aydınalın shared her career journey and professional experiences, offering important advice to participants. At the beginning of the talk, Aydınalın touched upon her own educational background, emphasizing that being a graduate of Denizli Social Sciences Vocational School holds a special meaning for her. She explained in detail her transition into professional life after graduation, stating that the experiences she gained in different companies and departments shaped her career. By sharing the challenges she faced in business life and the problem-solving skills she developed during this process, she provided students with a realistic perspective.

Explaining step by step how she advanced in her career, Aydınalın drew particular attention to the importance of continuous learning and self-development. She stated that the trainings she received from various institutions and organizations and the certificates she obtained played a significant role in her career, guiding students on the areas in which they should improve themselves. Emphasizing that personal development is as important as professional knowledge, Aydınalın noted that disciplined work and being goal-oriented are decisive factors in achieving success.

During the talk, Rukiye Aydınalın delivered important messages especially for students interested in the field of foreign trade, emphasizing that foreign language proficiency is one of the most critical elements in this field. Highlighting the necessity of effectively using at least one foreign language in order to compete in a globalizing world, Aydınalın advised students to take steps in this regard at an early stage. She also contributed to students’ career planning by sharing information on how they can access education and certification programs.

The talk, where students found answers to their sector-related questions, concluded with a question-and-answer session, followed by the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to Rukiye Aydınalın by Vice Head of the Foreign Trade Department Lecturer Dr. Mükrime Öksüz Demirgubuz for her contributions.
