EU Erasmus Project GREEN-SAVE with PAU as a Partner Has Been Approved
The EU Erasmus project titled “Green Saving with Steam Education (GREEN-SAVE),” in which Pamukkale University (PAU) is a partner along with France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, and Croatia, has been approved. The project is expected to contribute to PAU’s international recognition and enhance academic collaborations with various countries.
The EU Erasmus project titled “Green Saving with Steam Education (GREEN-SAVE),” with a total budget of 400,000.00 euros and with PAU as one of the partners, includes faculty members from Pamukkale University’s Faculty of Education: Prof. Dr. Fatma Kırmızı, Prof. Dr. Şahin Kapıkıran, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Halil Yurdakal, and Dr. Merve Eker Çelebi.
Within the scope of the project, STEAM-based designs using drama will be developed with the aim of fostering environmental awareness. The project will last three years and include periodic face-to-face meetings between the participating countries. It also plans to improve the professional skills of teachers working in different countries regarding green saving, and to organize short-term student exchange mobility to allow middle school students to observe practices in different countries.
