Acıpayam Vocational School Added Another Protocol to Its Practical Training Collaborations
Pamukkale University (PAU) Acıpayam Vocational School continues to strengthen academic education through practical training. A protocol was signed between Acıpayam Vocational School and the Denizli Milk Producers’ Union.
Having previously signed employment- and internship-oriented protocols with leading institutions and organizations in the sector for the Associate Degree Programs in Shoe Design and Production and Call Center Services, and having initiated protocol studies for the Private Security and Protection Program, Acıpayam Vocational School has now added another collaboration for the Milk and Dairy Products Technology Program. The Scientific and Technological Cooperation Protocol prepared between Pamukkale University Acıpayam Vocational School and the Denizli Milk Producers’ Union was signed by Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör and Denizli Milk Producers’ Union President Özkan Avcı. The signing ceremony was attended by PAU Acıpayam Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. Ali Kurt and faculty members of the Milk and Dairy Products Technology Program, Head of the Department Lecturer Atike Nur Durak, Lecturer Dr. Sinan Akbal, and Lecturer Dr. Senem Tüfekçi.
Within the scope of the signed protocol, it is aimed to support students’ Vocational Training in the Workplace (VTW) practices, conduct joint scientific research and R&D studies, develop sector-oriented educational activities, and organize technical visits, seminars, and practical studies.
The protocol also aims to provide support for students during internship and employment processes, develop joint projects addressing the needs of the sector, and strengthen university–industry cooperation.
