Dr. Ataberk Akyalçın, Head of the Bekilli Community Health Center, attended the event as a speaker. During the talk, types of addiction, the effects of addiction on individuals and society, and methods of combating addiction were discussed. Dr. Akyalçın emphasized that behavioral and cognitive addictions in particular are increasingly common today and highlighted the importance of early awareness and proper intervention.

At the event, where participants’ questions were also answered, individual and social responsibilities in combating addiction were underlined. The program concluded with thanks extended to Dr. Ataberk Akyalçın for his contributions.
